Iβll be honest. I never met a mic a didnβt like.
Public speaking makes some people feel like theyβre going to make a mess in their pants. For others, itβs what they were born to do.
I, inconveniently, am both.
Iβve been asking questions of leading experts for more than 15 years, and along the way I found some answers. So, I started sharing them by blending my personal experiences with the evidence and a truckload of humour to bring a fresh perspective to the ways in which we look after ourselves (and the ways in which we donβt).
I can speak to anything health and wellbeing related, but love nothing more than tackling the ins and outs of the obstacle course of life. If you want a straight keynote, I can do that. But if thereβs room for music, laughter, maybe a little dancing - then Iβm 100% your girl. I thrive in the role of MC, host or facilitator and can speak to pretty much anyone about pretty much anything.
Medical facilitation is a particular love and strength.
As a βnon-clinicianβ (read: not the smartest person in the room) I hold a unique perspective in educating healthcare professionals and the public alike: that of the patient, but one health-literate enough to seamlessly guide the conversation and ask the right question at the right time for impressive results.
Whether itβs hosting in-person conferences, educational webinars for 1000+ GPs or highly specialised pharmaceutical events - I bring my health journalism skills to every panel discussion and pride myself on being not just highly professional, but a joy to work with.
Because letβs face it - life is too short to work with people we donβt like.
SOME OF MY FAVOURITE TOPICS
FANCY PEOPLE SAY NICE THINGS.
βCasey Beros was a leading presenter for our Fresh Education schools program in NSW. Her ability to translate sometimes complex health information into age-appropriate content that the kids could understand was invaluable to the success of the program. She added her unique spin, humour and clever edits to the topics that really resonated with the audience, with the kids hanging off her every word. I couldnβt recommend her highly enough.+
β Fresh Edβ
βCasey was instrumental in bringing a new dimension to our webinars for healthcare professionals on what can be quite dense subjects. Her professionalism and enthusiasm was incredible, weβve loved working with her.β
β Ogilvy Health
βCasey Beros has a remarkable ability to understand and navigate the nuances of complex topics, keeping both speakers and attendees engaged. Our attendees applauded her, commenting on the ease and flow of the discussion in comparison to other clinically focused conversations. Although a moderator with a clinical background has historically supported these discussions, we now keep Casey top of mind as a facilitator for any event in the arena of medical education.β
β Novo Nordisk
βA huge thank you for the wonderful job you did yesterday with the girls for the storytelling workshop. Lily, Zoe and Georgia all spoke so positively following the morning, and are really grateful for having met you and the chance to go through this personal development. Really appreciate your expertise!β
β Lifeline
βCasey's warm and engaging yet professional style kept our panel discussion on track and focused for the audience. A truly positive experience.β
β Jodi Lee Foundation
βCasey Beros was phenomenal. The success of the program wouldnβt have been possible without her professionalism, dedication and positivity. It was a pleasure working with her and weβd recommend anyone to do the same for the facilitation of any health-related education event. We look forward to working with her again.β
